The Council sponsors the annual new student spaghetti dinner/welcome for all new students and parents, the all-district 8th grade spring dance, and provides volunteers for additional activities as needed including the annual faculty appreciation breakfast. Last year the Parent Council was called upon to organize the career fair as a special project.

There are no dues and attendance is not mandatory. All parents/guardians of current HHS students are invited to join. Meetings are at 6:30PM on the third Wednesday of the month in an HHS conference room. Once membership is established, all members are notified of meeting changes, agendas, minutes, etc. via email.

Current Parent Council co-chairs are Mark Barrows (parent of senior Ian Barrows) and Debbie Langille (parent of junior Ashley Langille).
